Who do work in kitchen chores at your home and why?

I cook my own meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner - every day. It usually involves making overnight oats and keeping them in the fridge, making a cheese vegetable omelet in the morning, chicken curry and a vegetarian curry in the afternoon. I have a glass of whey protein too, but it doesn’t really count as cooking.


Meanwhile, I live in India, I hire a maid to help me with the chores.
